The Bhikitia Authority is the executive leadership body entrusted with guiding the Bhikitia movement and safeguarding its mission: to make multilingual, accessible, and community-driven knowledge available to all. Appointed by the Chairman, each member of this team brings expertise, integrity, and vision to ensure Bhikitia thrives as a sustainable, inclusive, and globally respected knowledge platform.

Operating with accountability and a shared commitment to free knowledge, the Bhikitia Authority oversees the strategic direction, technical development, community management, legal compliance, and day-to-day operations of the project.

Leadership Structure

Chairman  ABM Sohel Rashid
Advisor to the Chairman Mohammad Abdullah Provides high-level strategic advice, acts as a confidential consultant, and supports the Chairman in critical decisions.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Muhammad Mamun Ur Rashid Manages Bhikitia’s operations and resources, executes strategic plans, leads cross-departmental coordination, and ensures organizational effectiveness.
Advisor to the CEO Shahin Alam Advises the CEO on leadership, program direction, and operational improvements.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Reduanur Rahman Directs technological innovation and infrastructure, manages platform stability, and ensures secure, scalable digital systems.
Chief Community Officer (CCO) Nasir Mazumder Leads community engagement, volunteer coordination, contributor support, and platform moderation.
Chief Legal Officer (CLO) To Be Appointed Responsible for legal compliance, copyright and IP management, and protecting Bhikitia from legal risk.

Purpose & Values

The Bhikitia Authority exists to:

  • Make executive decisions that preserve Bhikitia’s neutrality, educational integrity, and mission-driven focus
