Bhikitia hereby announces that Mr. Parvej Husen Talukder, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, has formally decided to step down from his position as CEO, effective 31 May 2025.
Since the inception of Bhikitia in October 2024, Mr. Talukder has provided visionary leadership and strategic direction, successfully establishing the platform as a leading multilingual free encyclopedia dedicated to expanding access to knowledge across diverse linguistic and cultural communities.
The Board of Directors extends its deepest appreciation to Mr. Talukder for his unwavering commitment, innovation, and exemplary stewardship that have been instrumental in Bhikitia’s development and growth.
Bhikitia remains fully committed to its mission of fostering open knowledge and empowering a global community of contributors. The organization will initiate a comprehensive search process to identify a successor who will continue to drive Bhikitia’s vision forward. An official announcement regarding the new CEO appointment will be made in due course.
